A little history...
The story began in 1996 when Dr Bengt Ågerup found a natural way to refresh and revitalise the skin. He found that the quality of skin decreases with age and impairs it’s ability to bind water, leading to dull skin. Hyaluronic acid, a natural substance in the skin plays an important part in this process. By using a slightly stabilized form of hyaluronic acid and therefore slowing the speed at which it degrades in the body, water can be retained over a longer period of time. This increased ability to bind and hold water increases elasticity and fullness of the skin.
